Noir, a collection of poems. Carried out during a typography class at UQAM, this printed piece is a collection of poems of all horizons using black (and its many interpretations) as the main theme. The visual and graphic characteristics of this collection are inspired by the relationship between shadow and light. It does not demonstrate the duality between shadow and light, but its alliance. Here are some sub-themes exploited visually: the interpretation of the shadow and the light, night, dreams, doubt, insecurity, the hidden side of things, the unconscious mind, negative space, etc.
